End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Eulogy ("Company", "we", or "us") governing your use of the eulogy.love website and related services ("Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

Eulogy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial purposes and in accordance with this Agreement.

2. User Content

By uploading, submitting, or otherwise making content available on the Service ("User Content"), you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Ownership and Rights: You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights in your User Content.
License to Eulogy: You grant Eulogy a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, and use your User Content solely in connection with providing the Service.
Limitations on Use: Eulogy will not use your User Content for advertising or share it with third parties without your explicit, prior consent.

3. Content Moderation

Eulogy reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove or restrict access to any User Content that it deems offensive, inappropriate, or otherwise in violation of this Agreement, without prior notice or liability.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Upload content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
Use the Service to infringe on others’ intellectual property rights;
Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the Service’s operation or security.

5. Termination

Eulogy may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. You may also stop using the Service at any time.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Eulogy disclaims all warranties including, but not limited to, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eulogy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to this Agreement

Eulogy reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Content Sharing and Legacy Access

You may grant access to your content to family members and friends ("Recipients"). By granting such access:

Authorization: You authorize Recipients to view, download, and preserve your content as specified in your access grant.
Recipient Requirements: All Recipients must agree to these same terms before accessing your content.
Your Responsibility: You are responsible for informing Recipients about appropriate use of your content and any restrictions you wish to impose.
Revocation: You may revoke access at any time through your account settings.
Platform Limitations: Eulogy.Love will only provide access to Recipients you explicitly authorize and will not share your content with any other parties.
Recipient Obligations: Recipients agree to use your content respectfully, preserve its confidential nature, and not redistribute it without your explicit permission.
